Principal Integrations Developer, Workday HCM

📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA (3 days in-office)
• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Support production, monitor failures, perform RCAs, apply fixes
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations with third parties
• Improve data pipelines between Workday and Snowflake

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Workday integration development experience
• Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs (SOAP/REST)
• XML, XSLT, JSON, web services
• Experience with Boomi or MuleSoft a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication
• Curiosity with AI tools for development and troubleshooting
