📋 Description

• Define and champion the overall UX/UI vision, design strategy, and user-centered design principles
• Translate complex Generative AI evaluation metrics, test execution workflows, analytics, and voice
• Establish design frameworks, quality standards, governance practices, and scalable processes that

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, ideally within complex enterprise SaaS, B2B
• At least 2+ years of experience leading, managing, mentoring, or developing UI/UX design teams.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating strategic UX leadership, complex data visualization, design
• Proven ability to establish design direction, lead design reviews, and build effective design
• Expert proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Deep experience creating, maintaining, and governing component-based design systems.
