📋 Description

• Partner with content and product leadership to define and develop evidence-based adolescent
• Apply current research in the science of reading, comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, word
• Design cohesive teacher-led and adaptive student experiences incorporating explicit instruction
• Ensure instructional approaches address the cognitive, academic, and social-emotional needs of

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience developing adolescent literacy curriculum, reading intervention
• Demonstrated experience designing cohesive teacher-led and student-facing learning experiences
• Deep knowledge of adolescent literacy development and the instructional needs of students reading
• Strong understanding of current science-of-reading research and its application to older readers.
• Significant experience designing explicit, scaffolded instruction and intervention for diverse
• Exceptional instructional writing and editing skills.
