Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Driving Product

📋 Description

• Lead the team iterating on L2 driving performance, balancing hands-on technical work with team
• Diagnose the highest impact issues seen on the road, root cause them, and resolve them through data
• Own changes to data recipes, model architecture, evaluation and release readiness for the driving
• Partner with other teams to resolve cross-functional issues, including model and vehicle interface
• Act as one of the team's key hands-on developers, writing code and running experiments alongside

🎯 Requirements

• You're highly technical and hands-on, comfortable writing Python and doing model and data iteration
• You've delivered deployed, production ML models, ideally in robotics or autonomous vehicles, with
• Alternatively, you've productionised ML models at another company and have experience delivering
• Your experience is production focused rather than primarily research or early stage exploration
• You want to keep doing deeply technical work, whether or not you've managed people before
