Principal Onboarding Architect

📋 Description

• Architect onboarding strategy to accelerate productivity of SDRs, AEs, SEs, SDs, and partner
• Oversee measurement and reporting of deliveries to track behavior and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate Field’s monthly in-person Boot Camps and virtual onboarding sessions.
• Maintain and evolve onboarding content and curriculum across segments and regions.
• Collaborate to develop training content for internal events (e.g., SKO).
• Align onboarding goals with enablement and leadership objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years experience in onboarding within enterprise software; Sales/Pre-Sales background
• Strong learning design experience (Bloom taxonomy) and measurement (Kirkpatrick) with enablement
• Agile mindset; ability to operate in fast-changing environments.
• Technical background in data industry; Snowflake knowledge a significant plus.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in Education a plus.
• Design & delivery of on-demand and in-person training content; stakeholder management.
