Principal People Experience Partner

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers, developing deep
• Lead the talent agenda for assigned client groups, partnering with leaders and People Team experts
• Shape and own company-wide People programs and practices, partnering across the People Team from
• Leverage business, talent, and organizational insights, along with technology, People Systems
• Lead leaders and teams through organizational change by diagnosing risks, anticipating resistance
• Own the engagement approach for assigned client groups, including survey planning, leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR, People, or Talent experience, including 4+ years as a People Partner
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations and advising
• Broad expertise across organizational design, performance and talent management, change, and
• Excellent judgment and the ability to operate independently in ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and
• Demonstrated track record of owning major cross-functional or company-wide People programs or
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to
