• Establish and maintain a consistent performance standard across all active client accounts and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on paid media experience across platforms such as Meta, Google, and/or TikTok.
• Deep understanding of campaign performance at a granular level, with the ability to diagnose issues
• Demonstrated experience managing or coaching growth marketers, paid media managers, or similar
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to quickly identify what is happening within an
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-client agency, embedded marketing, or similarly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present account health
