📋 Description

• Partner with AEs on pre-sales: demos, POC, RFP, design docs
• Lead technical discovery and architecture using Twilio APIs
• Establish trusted advisor through discovery and solution design
• Build and present interactive demos of Twilio products
• Be hands-on, high-energy, creative problem solver; lead others
• Identify and solve problems for customer and org; share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years pre-sales or 10+ years tech/customer-facing experience
• Excellent communicator and presenter; gains audience confidence
• Engaging storyteller for multi-level audiences
• Map customer telecom needs to technical Twilio solutions
• Backend: Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP
• Web: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Vue/Angular; REST APIs
• Telecom/SIP/Contact Center/Security exp; degree in technical field
• German speaking proficiency
