📋 Description

• Develop your expertise of the Twilio platform, use cases and buyer personas, while keeping up with
• Scope, design, and build multi-product solution architecture and compelling presentations to secure
• Support core sales and solutions engineering team members on value-selling strategies and complex
• Design and validate scalable, secure, multi-product messaging architectures aligned to customer
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Enterprise Strategists to drive technical validation
• Document recent patterns and technology shifts with our clients and prospects to influence Product

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing and validating Conversational AI or LLM-driven architectures (e.g.
• Experience leading pre-sales or solution architecture engagements, including scoping, design, and
• Strong background in API-based, event-driven systems, with hands-on experience using REST APIs and
• Working knowledge of at least one backend language such as Node.js or Python, with prior software
• Demonstrated expertise in messaging platforms, including throughput management, retry strategies
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences
