Principal Presales Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder presales engagements from technical discovery through architecture
• Architect and validate secure, scalable, end-to-end solutions that integrate multiple products
• Conduct technical discovery, solution mapping, architecture workshops, demonstrations, and
• Develop executive- and architect-level presentations that clearly communicate solution designs
• Act as a regional technical authority across trust, identity, security, fraud, abuse, and
• Partner with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives while collaborating with strategic, value

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of presales experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, specialist overlay, or
• 2+ years in one or more trust-related domains such as identity verification, authentication
• Experience with executive communication, presenting complex architecture, technical tradeoffs, and
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across Sales, Solutions
• Experience capturing customer requirements and market trends to influence product strategy or
• Experience operating as a technical subject matter expert through coaching, tekkim, and creation of
