📋 Description

• Own design quality and coherence across NiCE-Cognigy’s product ecosystem.
• Lead the internal design system: components, patterns, principles, docs.
• Ensure consistency across product areas: agent builder, voice, tooling, and integrations.
• Review and elevate design work; final arbiter of quality.
• Partner with PMs and engineering to preserve design intent through delivery.
• Shape enterprise workflows: AI agent config, conversation design, voice pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced product designer who has led design across complex SaaS products.
• Create coherence across large product surfaces and balance quality with fast-moving teams.
• Strong individual contributor; leads through craft, clarity, and judgment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; quickly assess work, identify gaps, drive clear outcomes.
• Confident discussing decisions with engineers/PMs/execs; articulate why.
• Combine design instincts with pragmatic shipping of enterprise products.
