Principal Product Designer - DAM

📋 Description

• Own UX and UI for product area within DAM, driving design decisions independently from discovery
• Partner with product manager and engineering team, proactively identifying experience gaps and
• Design end-to-end flows, from early concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready UI
• Ground work in user research, data, and customer feedback, advocating for the user when priorities
• Collaborate with other designers across Frontify to maintain coherence across the broader platform

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of design experience working with SaaS or complex digital products, ideally with exposure
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, end-to-end design ownership, and ability to tackle
• Expert-level proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical
• Experience using latest technologies (e.g., AI) and tools to enhance digital asset management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
