Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered enterprise solutions
• Lead the evolution of early-stage, customer-specific solutions into scalable, configurable, and
• Identify opportunities to reduce custom development, streamline implementations, and accelerate
• Translate customer needs, business objectives, and market opportunities into clear product
• Establish meaningful product success metrics across adoption, customer satisfaction, deployment
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through design

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience preferred, ideally building and scaling B2B software
• Demonstrated success owning products from initial concept, MVP, or early customer deployments
• Strong product management fundamentals, including product discovery, roadmap development
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver complex products and features.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into detailed product specifications and
• Strong understanding of software product development, including architecture considerations
