Principal Product Manager, Agentic Surfaces

📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic Home surfaces.
• Define personalization strategy: balance durable recommendation stack with agents and the Large Personalization Model.
• Lead ideation, development, and launch of agentic experiences from reactive to proactive actions.
• Translate frontier model and agent capabilities into intuitive global experiences.
• Set explicit tradeoffs and sunset non-strategic work to align with the strategy.
• Establish high-quality craft for everyday interactions; ensure they are great, not just look great.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with AI focus
• Proven track record shipping and scaling agentic products in production at scale
• Experience owning consumer products with tens or hundreds of millions of users
• Balance investments across maturing and emerging technologies
• Deep expertise in how AI and agents transform consumer software
• Experience with recommender systems, personalization, or large-scale ML-driven products
