Principal Product Manager - AI Assistant

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic roadmap for the AI Assistant as a core platform capability
• Own full product lifecycle: define features, prioritize, and drive execution with eng/design
• Drive adoption and engagement metrics by understanding SMB workflows
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success
• Define success metrics and build ROI case for AI investments
• Mentor other PMs on AI building best practices and align with company strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years owning AI or ML powered products in production
• Proven ability to take a product from good to best in class
• Bias for shipping and learning fast; deep intuition for target customers
• Ability to drive teams through uncertainty and high stakes
• Comfort with intersection of LLMs, UX, and business outcomes; translate AI into customer value
