📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a major Capital Platform problem space
• Lead complex, multi-quarter initiatives that span product, engineering, finance, compliance, and

• Partner closely with engineering leaders to shape product architecture, technical tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent demonstrated scope and impact leading
• Demonstrated Principal or Staff-level individual contributor experience, with the ability to
• Proven track record designing, building, and shipping platforms, infrastructure, or shared systems
• Experience working with complex B2B or B2B2C workflows such as onboarding, configuration, payments
• Experience operating effectively in regulated, high-reliability environments where reliability
• Strong technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineering teams on architecture
