Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case
• Own the company’s thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas
• Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative
• Work closely with engineering to focus our efforts on the most impactful innovations, owning
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience
• Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI
• Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building
• Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS (especially for multi-step workflows)
• Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision
