Principal Product Manager, Enterprise Data Solutions

📋 Description

• Own the platform product roadmap — catalog, semantic layer, observability, access management
• Design and evolve the self-service experience: discovery, onboarding, certification workflows, and
• Run discovery with domain technical data teams — understand their needs, pain points, and maturity
• Design the paved paths, templates, and tooling domain teams follow to build and maintain data
• Drive platform adoption. Measure whether teams are using what you shipped and iterate until they
• Partner hand-in-hand with Data Engineering & Platform — they build and operate the platform

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with significant experience in data platforms, developer tools, or
• Experience designing for technical teams as the customer — building tools, frameworks, and paved
• Track record shipping platform capabilities that enable self-service at scale
• Experience operating in strategic ambiguity — this function is being built, not inherited
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack: warehouses, orchestration, semantic layers, catalogs
• Familiarity with data mesh or federated data architecture — strong systems thinker who designs
