• You've owned complex data infrastructure products end-to-end — not just analytics or reporting, but
• You're deeply technically proficient — you write complex SQL, engage with statistical methods, and
• You've had your numbers challenged by an external party — a payer, a regulator, an auditor — and
• You're comfortable operating without a playbook — you've set product strategy in ambiguous domains
• You've aligned engineering, clinical, and commercial stakeholders around a shared data vision
