• Own strategy and roadmap for Upside’s personalized growth engine.
• Define requirements and backlog across growth stack (infrastructure, outreach, UI).
• Define success metrics and KPIs; use data to guide priorities.
• Lead multi-vertical adoption for Fuel, Grocery, Restaurant networks.
• Run rapid experiments on messaging and incentives.
• Partner with marketing; translate needs into clear product requirements.

• 10+ years of product management experience with complex initiatives.
• Proven track record building scalable personalization platforms or CRM systems.
• Strong quantitative skills and hands-on data-driven decision making.
• Technical fluency; synthesize detail into strategic narratives.
• Exceptional communicator; influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen; connect product decisions to retention and revenue.
