📋 Description

• Lead strategy and roadmap for talent lifecycle apps (Workday, Eightfold, Qualtrics).
• Collaborate with COEs and HR leaders to capture needs and align product vision.
• Manage full lifecycle from requirements to deployment with agile processes.
• Drive AI-enabled capabilities like talent intelligence and matching.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and governance alignment.
• Deliver with cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR tech, HRIS, or SaaS product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, HR, or related.
• Proven success leading complex TA tech initiatives in global enterprises.
• Deep expertise with Eightfold, Workday, or ATS/CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in recruiting (skills inference, matching).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and enabling tech.
