Principal Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Shape and drive strategy across Product, Service, Eng, Design, and CX.
• Own end-to-end CX strategy for new launches, including support and partners.
• Lead service design; map end-to-end blueprints and AI leverage.
• Build, deploy, and iterate AI-powered workflows to improve service operations.
• Be an AI thought leader within ST Product Operations; propose solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence product and service roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in product ops, service design, operations, strategy, or PM.
• Proven AI track record: built AI-powered workflows in production.
• Experience service design or blueprinting; map journeys end-to-end.
• Able to own cross-functional launch/release processes end-to-end.
• Strong data-analysis skills to extract trends and influence decisions.
• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Eng, CX, Legal, and Compliance.
