🎯 Requirements

• Production at scale: ownership of reliability in large-scale distributed systems
• Technical leadership in embedded models: experience leading or shaping cross-team engineering
• Hands-on through seniority: close to the code, consulted on genuinely hard problems
• Cross-org influence: shaping technical decisions beyond your team
• JVM or systems depth: built production-scale software in Java, Go, Rust, C++, or comparable
• Distributed systems knowledge: sharding, replication, failure modes, consistency tradeoffs
