📋 Description

• Define and maintain curriculum frameworks, learning objectives, learner pathways, and success
• Develop and execute multi-year curriculum roadmaps aligned with product launches, portfolio
• Identify and prioritize education gaps by analyzing field insights, learner feedback, program
• Lead the development of standardized, compliant, and reusable educational materials, including
• Partner with Medical Affairs, physician faculty, clinical experts, commercial teams, and other
• Facilitate educational programs for healthcare professionals focused on diagnostic and therapeutic

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience developing educational curricula, learning
• Demonstrated experience creating curriculum, training materials, or learning content for healthcare
• Experience collaborating with physicians, faculty members, key opinion leaders, or other healthcare
• Proven ability to lead projects and work across multiple functions to deliver healthcare education
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and program execution skills, with the
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% to support educational programs, meetings

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $104,800–$157,200 annually for U.S. locations, excluding Puerto Rico and
