📋 Description

• Partner with APJ leadership to translate business priorities into talent strategies and hiring
• Own critical hiring across APJ, leading full-cycle searches across all levels, predominantly within
• Lead complex and senior searches, including talent pipelining, from market mapping and engagement
• Build the market by developing deep talent intelligence and networks across Singapore and APJ.
• Bring insight and influence by using market intelligence, data and recruiting expertise to

🎯 Requirements

• Significant hands-on recruiting experience within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment
• Passion for technology and a technical aptitude to clearly articulate the opportunity.
• Ability to be present in the SG office 2-3 days per week.
• Experience owning full-cycle hiring across multiple levels, with a strong track record of
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives, including regional GMs, VPs and functional
• Exceptional sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence capability.
