🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years' experience; Master's Degree with 7 years' experience; PhD with 3
• Demonstrated ability to function as a principal investigator, generating original technical ideas
• Demonstrated creative 'out of the box' thinking to solve difficult technical problems and champion
• Recognized expert in the discipline within company and possibly externally.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills, as demonstrated by presenting at leading
• Background in life sciences or work experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
