Principal Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Manage agile solution development and delivery, moving development staff towards a structured
• Foster an agile solution delivery mindset for the organization, training the larger organization on
• Guide the Scrum teams and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily
• Use empirical data to help teams assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize Scrum team velocity, and
• Proactively address systemic impediments to team agility and guide the teams on methods to escalate
• Partner with Product teams to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, as well as plan and execute

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, data
• Minimum of three (3) years of practicing agile scrum master experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in solution delivery leadership, especially information
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large-scale initiatives with a focus on driving
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Azure DevOps strongly preferred
