📋 Description

• Set company-wide technical direction for product and platform architecture across FMS, CRM
• Define and drive multi-year architecture transformations that improve resiliency, observability
• Make critical decisions about system design, service boundaries, data contracts, and platform
• Stay hands-on by writing code, reviewing designs, prototyping solutions, and directly delivering
• Lead the design of AI- and GenAI-powered capabilities, including agent-callable service interfaces
• Establish AI-native engineering practices such as spec-driven development, GenAI-assisted

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience, including deep expertise in distributed systems and
• A track record of leading architecture transformations across multiple teams and services
• Experience designing and operating highly available systems at large scale, including environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and business outcomes across organizational
• A hands-on engineering practice: you write code, review designs, prototype critical ideas, and stay
• AI fluency, with experience using AI tools or GenAI techniques to improve engineering workflows
