Principal Software Engineer - Clinical Analytics

📋 Description

• Define the end-to-end architecture for clinical analytics: analytical data serving, metric
• Make foundational design decisions on OLAP and analytical storage, data modeling, query
• Design secure multi-tenant systems with strong data isolation, fine-grained access control, and
• Determine how health systems define, customize, and share their own metrics and dashboards
• Build and prototype critical components, set technical standards, and lead design and code reviews
• Mentor and grow engineers, and partner with other engineering leaders to align roadmaps and reduce

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent
• 12+ years of experience designing, building, and operating large-scale software systems, with a
• Deep experience with data, OLAP, or analytics technologies, including analytical databases, BI and
• Strong backend engineering expertise in .NET (C#), Python, or a similar language, including REST
• Demonstrated ability to make and communicate sound architectural tradeoffs, and to drive alignment
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical capability of a team.
