Principal Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for auth/identity platform.
• Architect and build scalable auth services and gateway in Golang using AWS.
• Lead zero-downtime migrations with rollback safeguards.
• Establish OAuth2/OIDC, token strategies, and RBAC/ABAC standards.
• Drive a distributed microservices architecture with edge gateway focus.
• Mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and promote secure-by-default engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years backend software engineering experience.
• Deployed significant production changes in the last 30 days.
• Deep expertise in authentication/authorization: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, RBAC/ABAC.
• Experience designing/building/operating API gateway or auth proxy at scale.
• Proficient in Golang, RESTful APIs, and SQL-based RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (required).
