Principal Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Own the auth platform's technical vision and roadmap.
• Architect and build scalable auth services and gateway in Golang.
• Lead zero-downtime migrations of auth traffic.
• Define auth standards: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC/ABAC.
• Drive distributed microservices architecture and edge performance.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Security on fintech security.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deployed significant production changes in last 30 days.
• Deep expertise in authentication/authorization systems: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT.
• Experience designing/operating API gateway or auth proxy at scale.
• Strong Golang with RESTful APIs; SQL DB skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).
