Principal Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for authentication and authorization.
• Architect and build scalable auth services and gateway components in Golang, AWS, and RDS.
• Lead zero-downtime migrations of auth traffic with rollback safety.
• Define OAuth2/OIDC, token strategies (JWT/opaque), and RBAC/ABAC.
• Drive distributed microservices architecture with edge gateway performance.
• Partner with Security and Compliance to fintech-grade security and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in professional software engineering with backend focus.
• Deployed significant production changes in last 30 days.
• Deep auth expertise: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, RBAC/ABAC.
• API gateway or auth proxy design/operation at scale.
• Proven track record leading large-scale service extraction/migration.
• Strong Golang proficiency with RESTful APIs.
• SQL-based RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) with performance tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (required).
