Principal Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management

📋 Description

• Own the technical vision and roadmap for authentication and authorization platform.
• Architect, design, and build scalable auth services and gateway components in Golang.
• Lead phased zero-downtime migrations of auth traffic with rollback plans.
• Define OAuth2/OIDC, JWT/token strategy, mTLS, and RBAC/ABAC.
• Drive consistency and scalability across distributed microservices and edge gateway.
• Mentor engineers and champion secure-by-default patterns across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in authentication and authorization: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT.
• Experience designing or operating an API gateway or auth proxy at scale.
• Strong Golang proficiency with RESTful APIs.
• SQL-based RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (required).
