📋 Description

• Own and lead authentication/authorization evolution at Sezzle.
• Design, develop, and deliver gateway and identity services.
• Mentor teammates; drive secure, scalable auth platform on edge.
• Work with Product, Security, Support; ensure fintech-grade security.
• Architect zero-downtime migrations; set standard for secure-by-default.
• Collaborate to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering; backend focus.
• Deep expertise in authentication/authorization systems (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT).
• Experience with API gateways/auth proxies at scale.
• Proven leader in large-scale service extraction/migration.
• Strong Golang; RESTful APIs; SQL-based RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Distributed systems, AI-forward engineering experience ideal.
