📋 Description

• Set the technical direction for the Agent Access Policies framework
• Design distributed systems for throughput, reliability, and consistency
• Solve complex platform problems and translate them into clear technical designs
• Shape the platform for both human and agent consumers
• Lead deep, constructive code reviews and raise engineering bar
• Partner with tech leads across teams for architectural alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with Principal/Staff IC track record
• Experience designing and operating high-scale, reliable backend and event-driven systems
• Ability to own vaguely specified problems and drive to clear direction
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and architecture
• Expertise in defining scalable backend architectures and integrating APIs with web technologies
• Solid understanding of web authentication and authorization fundamentals
