• 12+ years building and operating large production systems.
• Expertise in 1-2 core domains with company-level scope.
• Experience driving architecture across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in a typed language (TypeScript/Scala/Java/Go); JS/TS expert.
• Built consumer apps with strong product and UX sense; AI tooling exp.
• Technical multiplier: mentors engineers and leads cross-domain initiatives.
