📋 Description

• Own the expert point of view for AI-focused solutions, establishing the strategic foundation
• Design packaged solution offerings by defining their target audience, customer problem, intended
• Develop the frameworks and components required for successful solutions, including messaging
• Provide program-level designs and learning direction to curriculum teams responsible for
• Maintain and communicate a 12–18 month portfolio roadmap, including new solution levels, variants
• Test and continuously refine solution designs using experiments, cohort results, engagement data

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design/building
• Proven experience defining and launching integrated solutions, ideally within a SaaS, technology
• Strong understanding of curriculum design and modern learning methodologies to structure blended
• Experience designing and delivering programs that integrate on-demand learning, virtual
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and how organizations integrate and apply AI capabilities for
• Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams to shape and support complex
