Principal Specialist- Real Estate Contracts

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate, facilities, professional services, and project
• Conduct preliminary contract reviews and redlines, draft amendments, and coordinate agreements
• Support the preparation and management of MTAs, MSAs, order forms, NDAs, and associated amendments.
• Partner with Legal and internal stakeholders to complete required compliance and data privacy
• Establish and maintain engagement plans and governance frameworks for key suppliers to support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in contract management platforms and procurement

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in real estate services contract management or a closely related field.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts
• Working knowledge of data privacy, information security, and contractual considerations associated
• Familiarity with facilities management, real estate services, and professional or project delivery
• Understanding of different services and commercial models, including time-and-materials and
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, judgment, organizational, and time-management skills.
