Principal /Staff AI Engineer - Cortex Code Agentic System

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics or related field; Master’s or higher preferred.
• 10+ years shipping AI/ML-backed software in production with Staff-level ownership of technical
• Strong track record building eval harnesses, measurement, and experimentation loops for LLM/agent
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go (strong in at least two).
• Excellent communication; ability to influence across engineering and product.
• Optional: experience with data engineering pipelines (dbt, Airflow), data modeling, retrieval
