📋 Description

• Build the business cases behind major investment decisions across Luxe, Monthly Stays, and Airbnb
• Own end to end performance management for the incubation portfolio, including forecasting, goal and
• Track and analyze full funnel performance across demand and supply for each business. Identify
• Establish and pressure test the unit economics of each business. Determine which parts of the model
• Assess how investment is allocated across the incubation businesses relative to their potential.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience. Ideally, you have demonstrated relevant experience in an
• Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to independently extract, analyze, and synthesize data
• Superb financial modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into
