Principal Supply Chain Procurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Source and procure specialized goods and services in accordance with defense supply chain principles
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align procurement activities
• Own contractual management for assigned suppliers
• Manage purchase order performance and compliance
• Develop and review procurement specifications and documentation
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate, and select

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years relevant experience, or Master’s
• Demonstrated U.S. Government procurement experience, including knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Experience collaborating with program organizations and stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Costpoint or SAP
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
