• Leverage AI and recruiting technology to improve hiring quality.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and negotiation; influence executives.
• Leadership with mentoring experience and holistic search strategy design.

• Proven success managing high-stakes candidate journeys and complex offers.
• Data analytics, market mapping, talent intelligence; ATS/CRM and AI tools.
