📋 Description

• Become a deep functional and technical expert on the workforce management platform
• Demonstrate the platform to prospective and existing customers and partners
• Deliver product training and enablement sessions
• Lead discovery calls and project meetings with direct customers
• Support partners by advising on platform configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical post-sales issues

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, workforce management, or related enterprise
• 5+ years in customer support, implementation, technical consulting, or similar
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex problems
• Experience with IT and business interaction tools
• Knowledge of Workday, Dayforce, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, isolved, SAP SuccessFactors, or Employment Hero
