📋 Description

• Define the visual quality bar for Sportsbook across iOS, Android and Web
• Establish how visual design principles are applied across the product - from typography, color
• Partner with Product Design leaders and teams to shape the future of FanDuel's visual language
• Build trusted partnerships with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Brand and Formation
• Drive the evolution of FanDuel's design language
• Lead rapid concept exploration

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated influence across multiple teams and senior stakeholders without formal management
• Experience partnering closely with engineering to achieve exceptional implementation quality and
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and how AI can enhance design judgement
• Experience defining scalable visual systems and reusable interaction patterns
• Proven ability to define visual direction that shapes the work of other designers and elevates
