📋 Description

Lead and develop a team of several FTEs in Venture Development
Build structures, systems and tools to scale and improve operations
Optimize physical field processes incl. site visits and route planning
Set up KPI system and conduct performance reviews with operations leads
Identify bottlenecks and improvement potential through process analysis
Implement automation and AI projects with the tech team

🎯 Requirements

Several years of leadership experience in physical operations optimization
Proven experience building KPI systems and performance management
Track record of automation/digitalization/venture projects with measurable impact
Excellent stakeholder management with sales and fulfillment
Experience working with intercultural, distributed teams
Fluent German and English
