Printing Operator

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of schedules for all digital media print, and pre-production label
• Design and produce custom print materials (inserts, brochures, posters) utilizing Adobe Creative
• Design and produce approved, customer-specific label layouts using BarTender software for both
• Generate price quotes for custom print jobs based on material, labor, and production specifications
• Serve as the liaison between Digital Media/Label Printing, Operations, and Account Management
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital media and

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in publishing, graphic design, print, or label printing, including prepress
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating digital printers (such as Heidelberg or HP Indigo) and managing
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required); a bachelor's degree in graphic production
