Privacy & AI Counsel

📋 Description

• Partner across teams to support privacy and AI compliance in Axon's products, global operations
• Counsel on ethical and legal considerations of obtaining, handling, and using AI training data and
• Drive implementation of privacy principles across products and internal operations by advising on
• Work closely with Axon's existing privacy counsel to build, refine, and implement privacy and AI
• Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to provide guidance during and after incident response

🎯 Requirements

• JD, admission to and in good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing privacy or data protection law, ideally advising on
• Experience advising on privacy regulations globally (e.g., GDPR, US state privacy laws, PIPEDA
• Expertise advising on and implementing enterprise privacy via cross-border transfer mechanisms
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, distill complexity, and work collaboratively across teams while
• Fluency and comfort applying AI tools, prompts, and agents to accelerate and improve operations.
