Privacy Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing data protection agreements to ensure compliance with GDPR and
• Developing and implementing employee privacy policies that align with the latest regulatory
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to privacy regulations across all departments.
• Providing strategic recommendations to enhance ESO’s privacy practices, staying ahead of regulatory
• Acting as ESO’s designated privacy officer, supporting the company in privacy-related matters.
• Working with the security team to integrate security considerations into ESO’s privacy policy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 – 6 years of experience in privacy compliance, data protection, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations in Europe and the U.S.
• Experience drafting and negotiating data protection agreements.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical
• Proven ability to provide strategic recommendations and influence senior management.
• Experience working closely with security teams to ensure privacy is embedded in all processes.
