📋 Description

• Counsel product, research and engineering teams across the model and product lifecycles, applying
• Translate complex technical architecture into clear, actionable risk advice
• Deliver integrated guidance on safety, security and data protection
• Lead privacy on the company's most strategic deals and partnerships, opening creative paths for
• Negotiate privacy and data protection terms in enterprise, platform and partnership commercial
• Lead privacy diligence on mergers and acquisitions, and support corporate governance

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Hands-on experience advising a technology business (in-house or at a leading law firm) on privacy
• Experience drafting and negotiating data protection agreements, such as DPAs, BAAs and data sharing
• Working knowledge of key global privacy laws, including those of the Americas, EEA and APAC
• Ability to read and engage with technical documentation, such as system designs and architecture
• Excellent legal writing, including clear, concise advice
