📋 Description

• Build and run the privacy program under the NIST Privacy Framework.
• Own the enterprise data map and consumer-rights operations.
• Manage privacy risk assessments and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
• Implement de-identification standards and governance controls.
• Embed privacy by design with Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
• Govern program metrics, logs, and exec/board reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building privacy programs in fintech/e-commerce or SaaS.
• Framework fluency: NIST Privacy Framework; NIST CSF or ISO 27701.
• Strong regulatory knowledge: CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, GLBA, PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25.
• Product-enablement mindset: privacy by design for data products.
• Cross-functional communication with high EQ; influence across teams.
• Problem-solving ownership; able to manage multiple high-stakes projects.
